Join us in celebration of Planet Earth! Red Mountain Park’s Director of Education will be on site from 10AM to 2PM sharing some great information about Plastic Pollution and ways to reduce your carbon footprint in 2018! To learn more check out https://www.earthday.org/
10:30 AM – Free Guided History hike lead by Red Mountain Park Volunteer, Paul, will take you on an advance 5 mile hike. With stops the tour should take 3 hours. Meet at the Welcome Station. Bring water!
Free Guided History hike lead by Red Mountain Park Historian, Jeff, to Mine No. 13 and No.14. This hike is family friendly and round trip will be a little over 2 miles. Meet at the Welcome Station. Bring water!
11 AM to 1 PM – Urban Pops, Dreamland BBQ, and Cahaba Cycles will be set up!
12 PM to 1 PM – Blessings of the Pets at Remy’s Dog Park! Admission Free!
