HOGA (HIKING & YOGA) Sunday, October 8th at 3 PM
We’ve combined a brisk hike along our trails with the relaxation of yoga. The Outdoor Classroom provides an ideal place for posing, but we’ll meet at the Entrance and hike in together as a group; all fitness levels welcome. The session will last 1.5 hours and consist of .25 miles of light hiking. Bring your yoga mat, water, and a smile.
